Area 52's latest talent.

With Source taking over the month of November, the last few weeks have been a showcase for the new talent rising through the ranks of Area 52.

November 7th’s event in Cumbernauld saw the debut of Joseph Kerr in an impressive high flying bout against former NWA Scottish Champion T Gunn. In his debut Kerr showed he was able to tackle even the biggest challenge and made sure his name would be one to remember as he made his Source debut!

Young trainee turned star Andy Anderson made his trainers proud when, in his professional debut on the same night, tackled Damien O’Conor. In a teacher versus student match up O’Conor thought he’d get an easy win against the wet behind the ears debutant, but Anderson’s quick thinking and impressive move-set made that easy win nothing but a dream! Although he was able to win with his Vertigo, O’Conor found himself pushed to his limit and using manager Jam O’Malley to help get a step up throughout.

Anderson found himself victim of O’Conor again in tag team action in Erskine on the 27th, but he wasn’t to be held down for long as he took both losses and turned them into a learning experience going in against Glen Dunbar in Govan on the 28th. Despite the huge challenge Dunbar offered, Anderson was able to pick up a hard fought win and celebrate his first victory.

Anderson reined in another debut in the tag match on the 27th teaming up with Sean Sweeney, who has been seen by SWA fans acting as Eric Canyon’s muscle in recent months. Exchanging his suit for spandex, Sweeney made an impressive debut exploding in power and strength. Despite the teas loss, Sweeney was hand picked to join the elimination tag team match the next night in Govan which proved that he’s turning heads in Source Wrestling!

Kerr, Sweeney and Anderson are all products of Area 52′s wrestling school in association with SWA and Source. For more information on Area 52, click here.
